Scores of fish turn up dead in DungsamchuScores of fish turned up dead in Dungsamchu that flows by the Samdrup Jongkhar town, yesterday. Samdrup Jongkhar’s forest division officials suspect the cause to be waste water entering the river from the sewage treatment plant. They say not a single turned up dead in the river, above the treatment plant.
