Thimphu Police have arrested six men suspected to be involved in a series of burglary in the capital. The suspects are said to be involved in more than 39 cases.
Apart from the 39 cases, they are suspected to be involved in some more cases which are under investigation.
A few of the suspects are former convicts.
After the arrests, police recovered electronic gadgets, clothes, and Nu 40,000 cash. A Three-eyed Dzi was also recovered from one of the suspect’s house.
The police also recovered 11 kiras suspected to have been stolen from a shop in the Craft bazaar in 2013.
