Arekha students’ dream tour to Thimphu

Eleven top students from Arekha Primary School in Chhukha for the first time visited Thimphu and Paro on Sunday on a study tour.

Their school principal had promised a study tour for the students who score more than 80 percent.
The sole motive behind this was to motivate students to perform better in exams.
Our reporter Yeshi Nidup accompanied them.
Thank you for initialing such educational tour to our remote village school children. We can read the Children’s faces that they are quite happy and smiling and satisfied. We recommend such more tour programmes to our remote schools of our remote villages. This initiative is quite commendable and very beneficial to our children who have to know everything especially about the places and surroundings in order to live healthy, safe and secured.
