The National Airline Drukair has cancelled regular flights to Bumthang since the start of this month. Drukair’s domestic flight officials said due to monsoon season, the flights often get delayed and cannot take off subsequently.
However, Drukair said flights there will be an exception made for chartered flights whenever the weather allows.
The regular flights will resume from September.
