A seven-member delegation led by Jean Lambert, Chair of the Delegation for Relations with South Asia under European Parliament, called on Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, today.
Lyonchhen informed the delegation that Bhutan attaches high importance to its relations with the EU and expressed his deep appreciation for assurances of continued assistance.
The Prime Minister highlighted that Bhutan’s main requirements were enhanced assistance in areas of social and economic development, besides employment creation and commercial cooperation.
