Druk Phuensum Tshogpa has a new candidate for Kengkhar-Weringla Constituency in Monggar. Rinzin Jamtsho, 34, is replacing the incumbent MP Sonam Penjore.
A press release from DPT says Sonam Penjor is taking a sabbatical from politics to venture into business.
