More than a hundred scouts from various schools across the country are attending the five-day King’s Camp at Gelephu Middle Secondary School that began today. The King’s Camp is organised after every four years.

The Nazhoen scouts who are participating in the camp are the best ones selected from their districts. They have so far achieved badges or merits of Kuengao, Maogyelbu, and Sharibu.

The final merit in the Nazhoen scouts is Toenpa, the most coveted badge.

During the five-day camp, the scouts will undergo stiff competition in various domains such as physical, intellectual, emotional, social, and spiritual development.

The camp is expected to actively engage and support young people in their personal development, empowering them to make a positive contribution to society.
