A book on ‘finding joy’ launched

Her Majesty the Queen Mother, Tshering Pem Wangchuck, launched a book named ‘Living Fully: Finding joy in every breath’, yesterday. The book is authored by His Eminence, Shyalpa Tenzin Rinpoche, a renowned Tibetan Buddhist scholar.

The book is Rinpoche’s first book. The book is intended to help readers find ways to live their lives in meaningful and spiritual ways.

“The theme of the book is to try to bring out the goodness in everyone and also try to show ways to deal with life in an intelligent ways. This book will also help you realize what the priority in your lives is, how you can experience your genuine qualities and how you can find ways to tackle day to day problem,” said the Rinpoche.

Over the past two decades, His Eminence has given lectures on Buddhism in various universities, temples and retreat centers around the world. His eminence has also established a non-profit organization in the United States to preserve Vajrayana teachings in 1989.

    May I have the blessing opportunity to get one la. Since I am trying to improve my knowledges of our buddhism for simple living of my life, I am earger to have one la. Where we common people can get those holy books if we want to buy one la.
