Her Majesty the Queen Mother Tshering Pem Wangchuck graced the 30th-anniversary celebrations of Pro Bhutan Germany in the capital yesterday. Pro Bhutan Germany is a German-based non-governmental organisation established in 1992. It has carried out several major projects including constructions at the Wangsel Institute, Punakha Hospital and the reconstruction of Mochhu Bazam leading to the Punakha Dzong.
