No support for Gewog merger from most Gups in Chhukha

If discussions during the Dzongkhag Tshogdu in Chhukha are any indicator of how news of the proposed Gewog merger by the Department of Local Governance is being received at the local government levels, one thing is certain, it is not being welcomed by most of the Gups there.
