The Prime Minister Dr Lotay Tshering said he is deeply saddened by the news of the horrific terror attack in Kashmir yesterday where at least 40 Indian Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) were killed.
At the Friday media meet today, the prime minister expressed his deep condolence to the grieved families.
“We are deeply saddened by the news. Let us come together to pray for the victims and grieved families. Our prayers are also with the injured victims for their fast recovery and lets prayer that such an incident does not happen in future,” Prime Minister said.
He also added that Bhutan strongly condemns terrorist attack of any nature.
According to Indian media reports, a car carrying explosives struck a convoy of military vehicles travelling on the highway from Jammu to Srinagar.
