The yarney or the summer retreat observed at Tango University will end tomorrow. The annual retreat last for 45 days. Gyalsey Trulku led more than 400 monks from Tango, Chari, and Dodena in a religious walk to Pangrizampa and back to Dodena today.
The yarney is a tribute to the wisdom and compassion of Lord Buddha who introduced the annual summer retreat for the benefit of all sentient beings.
