The health ministry initiated the seasonal influenza vaccination for the general population from yesterday. As per the present schedule, the vaccination will be carried out until the 7th of January, next year. Micro plans the respective districts, thromdes and health facilities developed will guide the program.
The health ministry introduced the vaccine in the country last year for identified high-risk groups.
