The suspects have in their possession 930 packets of chewing tobacco and 704 sticks of cigarettes. They were arrested from one of the hotels in Samdrup Jongkhar. Police will investigate the case in details once they complete the quarantine period. All three suspects are from Trashi Yangtse.
Meanwhile, police have also found 1,434 packets of chewing tobacco, 20 packets of cigarettes and 28 bundles of bedi along the Dungsamchhu at 3 kilometres away from Samdrup Jongkhar town yesterday.
