Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL), the company supplying electro-mechanical equipment to the three hydropower projects, stored around Nu 500 M worth of equipment along the Toorsa River banks.
Officials from BHEL said the flood completely washed away around Nu 30 M worth of equipment. The rest were either submerged or damaged.
