A 27-year-old businessman is under Thimphu police custody for the possession of more than 300 capsules of controlled substances.
He was arrested Tuesday after a detainee, 34, informed the police that the main dealer was the 27-year-old man.
The 34-year-old man was arrested on April 2 for possessing more than 30 contraband capsules.
The Narcotic drugs, Psychotropic substance and Substance Abuse Act states a person possessing more than 10 controlled capsules will be imprisoned for a minimum of three years and the imprisonment is non-compoundable.
