Villagers of Koenchhogling (Kharpanitar) chiwog under Shompangkha Gewog in Sarpang say their chiwog farm road is in need of blacktopping. With the road failing to withstand the monsoon rain all the time, the road has to be frequently maintained by farmers of the village despite their busy schedule.
