Responding to the concerns raised by various local leaders on gewog budget cuts, the Prime Minister clarified that the money the government has, has to be used efficiently and transparently.
The gewogs have been allocated more budget in the second year of the 11th FYP, compared to that of the end of the 10th FYP, says Lyonchhen.
