More than 3,000 people were educated on entrepreneurship during a week-long global entrepreneurship week. It ended today.
The Opposition Leader, Tshering Tobgay, along with more than 100 aspiring entrepreneurs, attended the closing ceremony.
Over the week around 27 activities were also held across the country to promote entrepreneurship.
The organiser and the founder of the Loden Foundation said observing the entrepreneurship week helped in educating the aspiring youth on enterprises and giving ideas on how to operate it in a holistic way.
Bhutan is observing the global entrepreneurship week for the first time along with other 124 countries.
A prize for the winners of the essay competition on topic relating to entrepreneurship was also distributed.
