Czech Republic’s Ambassador pays a farewell call to PMThe Ambassador of Czech Republic to Bhutan, Miloslav Stasek paid a farewell call on Prime Minister, Tshering Tobgay, at the Gyalyong Tshogkhang on Friday.

Lyonchhen congratulated the Ambassador for successful completion of his tenure and thanked him for his constructive role in deepening relations between Bhutan and Czech Republic.

The leaders spoke of, among others, furthering contacts such as promoting people-to-people connections via exhibitions and trainings.

Lyonchhen conveyed that the cordial relations would continue to strengthen overtime. Lyonchhen also thanked the Ambassador for his personal interest and guidance especially in the area of development assistance rendered to Bhutan over the years.

Bhutan established diplomatic relations with Czech Republic in December 2011.
