Bhutan’s, Under-19, boys National Football Team is undergoing an intensive training in Bangladesh’s capital Dhaka. They are acclimatising for the upcoming Asian Football Confederation Under-19 Championship qualifiers.
The players are undergoing two rigorous training in 30 degree Celsius heat every day.
Bhutan is in Group A along with Uzbekistan, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka. Bhutan will play its first match on October 2 against Uzbekistan. Uzbekistan is considered to be strongest team in the group.
The 2016 AFC U-19 Championship acts as the AFC qualifier for the 2017 FIFA Under-20 World Cup in South Korea, with the top four teams qualifying.
