Bhutan’s 11th Five Year Plan will see an increase of more than Nu. 62 billion compared to the previous 10th Five Year Plan. The government of India has agreed to provide Nu. 45 billion for the 11th plan, and another Nu.5 billion for the Economic Stimulus Plan.
