Students of Sherubtse College and Dean of Student Affairs from 10 Colleges under the Royal University of Bhutan attended a three day advocacy programme on substance abuse in Kanglung. The programme was organized by the Bhutan Narcotic Control Agency following request from Sherubtse College.
