To develop human resources in various fields of studies, a grant aid agreement was signed in Thimphu today.
It was signed between the Ambassador of Japan to Bhutan, Kenji Hiramatsu and Bhutan’s Ambassador to Japan Major General V. Namgyel in presence of foreign ministers of the two countries.
The grant aid titled “Project for Human Resource Development scholarship” will help Bhutanese to pursue various study programmes in Japanese Universities. The project will be implemented by the Royal Civil Service Commission.
