(Picture Story): More than 50 participants are taking part in the Open Winter Badminton Championship in Thimphu, which began today.
The participants include athletes, students and civil servants. The championship is being conducted to select potential and talented players and to promote the sport in the country.
The Bhutan Badminton Federation (BBF) with financial support from the S.D. Eastern Bhutan Ferro Silicon Private Limited is organising the event.
