The Office of the Attorney General (OAG) has charged a 34-year-old woman in an attempted murder case.
The accused stabbed another woman in an incident that took place at Sherichu in Monggar in November last year.
The case was forwarded to the Monggar District Court last Wednesday. If convicted, the accused could face a prison sentence of up to nine years.
The OAG also pleaded the court to make the accused pay a compensation of more than Nu 225,000 to the victim.
