Bhutan dropped 16 places to 190 in the latest FIFA rankings released yesterday.
The drop is a direct result of the defeats against Palestine. Bhutan risks further drop in the rankings if they lose against Oman at the Changlimithang next month. Iran is still the dominant nation when it comes to football in Asia.
At the global level, Germany are still on top with Brazil and Portugal in second and third place.
