Police in the capital arrested a 35-year-old man from Paro for allegedly setting his ex-wife on fire, near the Coronation Park in Thimphu yesterday.
The incident, according to police officials, took place after they had an argument. The victim suffered from second degree burns. She was admitted at the National Referral Hospital immediately after the incident but succumbed to injuries this morning.
