Five Bhutanese students are seeking legal action against an education consultancy firm who had promised them admission into a Malaysian college along with part time jobs.

The 5 students had travelled to Malaysia in December last year along with 18 other students. The 5 of them said they returned after having spent  more than three months, realising that they had been deceived.

They are now trying to take the matter to court, but the case has been stuck after the proprietor went missing. BBS tried to contact the proprietor of the education consultancy, but the phone was switched off.

However, we managed to get in touch with one of the students, Sonam Tobgay. He said the consultancy failed to deliver what was promised to them.
