Along with the global community, Bhutan marked the International Girls in ICT Day in the capital, today. The event was marked for the first time in the country.
During the event, the Ministry of Information and Communications aptly shared that nearly 40 percent of the total ICT officers in the country is women.
The information and communications minister DN Dhungyel encouraged women to consider careers in IT field.
