The state of Colorado in the US declares September 24 as Her Majesty Gyalyum Dorji Wangmo Wangchuck Day in honour of Her Majesty’s visit to Boulder in Colorado.
Her Majesty is in Boulder to participate in the Jaipur Literature Festival being held for the second year. Her Majesty will be talking on Bhutan and philanthropy as a powerful vehicle for positive change.
