If the administrative tribunal bill becomes an act, any civil servants or government offices unhappy with the decision of Royal Civil Service Commission (RCSC) can appeal to the administrative tribunal. It will be the highest authority to resolves issues of civil service.
Currently, the administrative tribunal bill is being reviewed by the Office of Attorney General (OAG).
After that, the OAG will forward the bill to the cabinet and then will be tabled for discussion in the parliament. RCSC says the purpose of having administrative tribunal is for check and balance of good governance.
