The Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC) closed three shops in Phuentshogling yesterday. Officials from the ACC are in Phuentshogling to investigate cases of corruption. Officials refused to comment on the issue.
Our reporter, Tenzin Rabgye, says after almost an hour long interrogation the Jatan Prasad Lal Chand Prasad complex was closed down. The anti-corruption commission is said to have closed the shops because they were indulging in corrupt practices.
The two other shops are the Rigsel Enterprise and Tsheldrup enterprise.
