His Majesty the King granted Dhar to appoint the Cabinet Secretary and the Trongsa and Gasa Dzongdags.
Government Secretaries and Dzongdags are appointed by His Majesty upon the recommendation of the Prime Minister, who receives nominations from the Royal Civil Service Commission.
Cabinet Secretary, Kinzang Wangdi previously held the position of General Secretary of the National Assembly.
Trongsa Dzongdag, Sonam Rinchen was Director of the Department of Occupational Standards in the Ministry of Labour and Human Resources.
Gasa Dzongdag Dorji Dhradhul was Director of the Department of Agriculture Marketing and Cooperatives in the Ministry of Agriculture.
His Majesty the King also appointed Zimpon Wogmas, who were granted Kabney and Patang.
Zimpon Wogma Kinzang Dorji served as a civil servant for 18 years, and resigned as Head of the Department of Disaster Management, of the Ministry of Home and Cultural Affairs. He has Masters in Social Anthropology from Oxford University.
Zimpon Wogma Chewang Rinzin joined the civil service in 2002, and was appointed as Project Coordinator for the Royal Institute of Governance and Strategic Studies in 2012. He has Masters in Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
