The third International seminar on Population and Development is underway at the Sherubtse College in Kanglung. “Linking Population, Environment and Development” is the theme. The two day seminar began today. More than 40 participants from India, the US, Japan, Thailand, Denmark and Bhutan are taking part in the seminar.The seminar, funded by the UNFPA, is organized by the Centre for Population and Social Research in Sherubtse College.
