The Rotary Club of Thimphu celebrated its second Anniversary in the capital, today. The Rotary Club of Thimphu seeks to be the agent for addressing pressing issues the Bhutanese society faces, like supporting education, enhancing underprivileged youth and assists sustainability of rural areas.
The Home Minister, Damchoe Dorji, who graced the occasion, also released the club’s magazine titled, ‘Charter Day Celebration.’ Members of the cabinet and from international community and NGO took part in the event.
