Twenty-three senior executives are undergoing the 2nd senior executive leadership programme at the Royal Institute for Governance and Strategic Studies, RIGSS, in Phuentsholing.
The participants are from civil service, armed forces, autonomous agencies, corporations and private sectors.
The programme consists of three weeks training session at the Institute and a week-long overseas learning visit.
The training aims to expose participants to the most pressing issues of national priority, provoke intellectual discourse and discover collective vision for the country.
The RIGSS was established last year under the Royal Command and patronage of His Majesty the King. It was established with the aim to promote excellence in governance, leadership and strategic studies.
