The three-day annual Punakha Tshechu began today. The festival is being presided over His Holiness the Je Khenpo. Apart from mask dances, women dancers from 11 Gewogs in Punakha performed dances. And men from 11 Gewogs performed Wang Zhey and other cultural items including Zhabdrung Gi Zey-nam.
