The Meteorology Division under the Department of Hydro-Met Services says there is an improvement in the weather outlook features tomorrow. It says if the convective cloud reaches Bhutan there is possibility of light rainfall over isolated places over Bhutan.
The report from Met Division says according to the latest observation the low pressure area over southwest Bihar is weakening. However, it says, the upper air cyclonic circulation lies over Bihar in India.
It also says the depression over Jharkhand has weakened further but there is a forecast of heavy rainfall over Bihar during next 24 hours and over Sub-Himalayan West Bengal and Sikkim during next 48 hours.
