A man died on the spot when the Hilux he was travelling in went off the road. The accident occurred Sirina-Drang road in Nganglam,Pemagatshel, earlier today. The two other passengers are being treated Nganglam BHU. The three were traveling to Nganglam for the Dungkhag Coordination meeting.
