Graduates: Opportunities and Challenges?

NGOP2013The National Graduate Orientation Programme 2013 ended yesterday. Over 2,400 graduates attended the programme with the theme “In Quest of Productive Citizen”.

The week-long orientation programme familiarised graduates on the government policies, culture and tradition, developing leadership and positive values. Over the week, the graduates met with the Prime minister, the opposition leader, ministers and heads of institutions.

Meanwhile, over 3,500 graduates registered for the preliminary examination this year. Of that 1,614 got through the exam. According to the royal civil service commission only 538 vacancies are available in civil service.
