Apartment Burgled in Motithang

An apartment in Motithang in Thimphu was burgled during the day, yesterday.
The thief had damaged the door and stolen gold and Nu.4000 in cash. Police have arrested four suspects, all youth, in connection with the robbery.
Six other burglary cases have been reported, in the last two weeks. Round- the-clock patrol is in place in core areas like Changangkha, Chubachu, Motithang, and the RICB colony in the capital.

Our concern as citizen; we see some many people loitering in our capital city without productive or engaging works of any kind. Looking for jobs youth after their completion of studies or failures all gathered in the Town. We think that we must keep our eyes and ears to those lots in order to help solve such burglary cases in our area. Thanks.
It would be grateful if somebody could list down the data on youths loitering in our town. We can still see rough and tough youths with different dress code and hair-styles that doesn’t match with ours.
We must keep watch of them to curb burglary.
