NC’s representative joins Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa

The National Council MP, Sangay Zam, becomes the first member from the apolitical body, to make the intention to join politics, officially. Forty nine years old Sangay Zam will be representing Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa from North Thimphu Constituency.

While in the National Council, she was a member of the Legislative Committee, and the National High Level Land Committee.

MP Sangay Zam is the fifth women candidate to join Druk Nyamrup Tshogpa (DNT). DNT now has 43 confirmed candidates. The party said they will reveal rest of the candidate at a later date.

   Just watch as the campaign begins. JYT will make a tour of the whole country and in July DPT will form the governmrnt with 47 MPs.
