Sikkimese football club to play against local clubs

Sikkim-Football-BaichungBhutiaThe United Sikkim Football Club from Sikkim in India is in Thimphu for a friendly match against the three local clubs of Thimphu- Drukpol FC, Zimdra FC and Yeedzin FC.

The team will play its first match against Drukpol FC, tomorrow, and will play against Zimdra FC on Tuesday, and Yeedzin FC on Thursday.

The former Indian national football captain, Baichung Bhutia, is the co-owner of the United Sikkim Football Club.

The club is an Indian I-League football club based in Gangtok.

The matches organized by Woezer Events in collaboration with the Bhutan Football Federation will be played in Changlimithang.
