B.Ed. students graduate

BEd-GraduatesTwo hundred and ninety seven graduates have passed out from the two Colleges of Education in Samtse and Paro. One hundred and seventy four PGDE graduates have passed from the Samtse college of Education. All the B.Ed. candidates have scored more than the required 50 percent in the Bhutan Civil Service Examinations, with the lowest score being 55.39 percent. The results are said to be better than 2011.

The Chairperson of the Royal Civil Service Commission, Thinley Gyamtsho, shared in his address to the new teachers that two simple approaches: hard-working students and hard-working teachers, can improve the quality of Education.

He congratulated the graduates on producing 100 percent results in this year’s Bhutan Civil Service Examinations, and encouraged them to continue working in the same spirit as teachers.
