(Update:) Some 15 passenger buses stranded in Thimphu have left the capital even as Dochula opened to traffic this morning. The works to clear the road blocks caused by heavy snowfall at various locations, including Thrumshingla’s, are still continuing.
Thimphu-Haa highway still remains closed to traffic.
Meanwhile, the Drukair flights have resumed since yesterday.
