The Education Minister, Thakur Singh Powdyel, introduced the Domestic Violence Prevention Bill in the National Council. Following that, the Agriculture and Forests Minister, Dr. Pema Gyamtsho introduced the SAARC agreement on the establishment of SAARC Seed Bank in Bhutan. After a brief discussion, the members endorsed the agreement.
