A Bhutanese man was killed in an accident in the Indian state of Assam, when the maruti van he was driving collided head on with an Indian fuel tanker yesterday. The accident occurred at Bogaigaon at around 10:45 am. The driver was a police based in Phuentsholing. He was on his way to Samdrup jongkhar from Pheuntsholing.
There were six adults and a child at the time of the accident. The five passengers have been referred to the Phuentsholing hospital this morning.
