Bhutan wins Karate Championship

Bhutan has won the Country Trophy Championship at the Thimphu Invitational Karate Championship 2012.

The Country Trophy championship was played between the top karate fighters from Bhutan and India.  It was divided into two categories,  junior and sub-junior. Bhutan won in both the categories.

Apart from the country trophy championship, more than a hundred kids including about 36 girls took part in the individual gold medal karate championship held over the last two days.

The championship held at the swimming pool complex in Thimphu was organised by the Bhutan Karate Kids Club.

    Challenge Cup-2013 an International Karate-do Championship in the May
    2013. I would like to invite you for the championship. This
    Championship will be held in Full Contact as well as in Semi-Contact
    systems.
