Three teenagers stabbed

A bus conductor is under a critical condition at the National Referral Hospital in Thimphu after sustaining multiple head injuries in a suspected armed robbery. The 18-year-old conductor was hit by a stone many times. The incident occurred near the Ministry of Economic affairs office in Thimphu this morning at 1:50 am. He was also robbed of Nu.500.

The Police have arrested two suspects. Both them have confessed to the crime.

In yet other separate incidences, two teenage boys were stabbed at 1:20 and 1:40 am, this morning in Thimphu.  The boys are aged 19 and 18. The 19-year-old boy suffered from lower back injury. The 18-year-old boy suffered from injuries on shoulder and scalp. Both of them have been discharged from the hospital.

The police have arrested three suspects. Two of them have confessed to the crime. Police say another suspect is at large.  All the suspects are aged between 15 to 19 years.

All the incidents occurred after a party at one of the clubs.
